At Precision Health Alaska you are treated as a person, not just another patient in a turnstile clinic. You are listened to and heard. All of the issues or concerns you are experiencing are explored. Treatment plans will be explored and developed to suit your individual goals and needs.

Precision Health Alaska is committed to ensuring WHERE YOU LIVE IN ALASKA does not limit ACCESS to the latest in optimal therapies.

This may be to replace deficiencies, get to the root cause of disease or dysfunction, to get you back on track with exercise, nutrition, weight, or to simply focus more on prevention and slow down the aging process.  The goal is to give the power over your health back to you.

You can avoid the need to drive to a facility, find childcare, or sit around and wait for your appointment in a waiting room, saving you time and money.

Telemedicine allows for visits with your healthcare provider anywhere; from your office, home, or just sitting in your car.

This is just another way that your care i
s personalized and based on your very specific needs.

2) Face-to-Face in a traditional clinic setting

Precision Health Alaska’s clinic is located at 6921 Garth Circle, Suite A, Palmer, AK 99645. You will love the relaxing atmosphere and friendly faces.

The clinic space isn't your standard stuffy medical office with a focus on a looming exam table. This clinic space has been created to ensure you feel comfortable and relaxed.

The clinic is open by appointment only.

Do you bill or accept health insurance?

Precision Health Alaska does not bill, accept, or contract with any insurance companies;
as such, payment is due at the time of service.

The focus of a healthcare provider should be solely and clearly on the overall health and wellness of the patient, using all integrative means known, to help them achieve and maintain optimal health and not simply reduce illness. This “Precision” in offering personalized care focused on health is the basis of our name. Insurance companies often set “one size fits all” policies on the treatments, therapies, or medications they allow, sometimes excluding what would be best for an individual patient in favor of a cheaper option. Accordingly, Precision Health Alaska has elected to remain clear of the financial relationship between you and your insurance company.

Because Precision Health Alaska remains “Out-of-Network,” prices can be kept low.  How is this possible? In addition to significantly reducing the overhead costs associated with insurance billing, one patient shared the following:

While visiting Hawaii, my daughter had an earache that required us to go to the local Emergency Room. Because I didn’t have my insurance information handy, I paid the full cash price for the visit. I later submitted a claim for my insurance to pay for the visit and, to my surprise, was contacted by the hospital and informed I owed them more money. Based on the inflated price they had in contract with my insurance company, my part of the cost was MORE than if I had paid without insurance. ~Brian

Prices are kept as low as possible, but payment in full is required at the time of service. Fees for services are listed for complete transparency.

If you have insurance, a detailed super-bill will be provided to you after your visit which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. For most insurances, I highly recommend using Reimbursify.com to quickly and easily submit your claim online for reimbursement. While Precision Health Alaska does not have an affiliation with them, this application is very easy to use with quick response from the insurance company.

Precision Health Alaska Clinic Policies

Precision Health Alaska does not bill insurance or contract with insurance companies.

As such, payment in full is due at the time of service.

Because clinic visits are not double booked, your appointment time cannot be

used by anyone else if you cancel on short notice or do not show up.

As a courtesy to other patients and to me, adequate notice to cancel or change an appointment is required.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice or you will be charged a non-refundable $100 cancelation fee.

If you do not come to your appointment (no-show) or are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged a non-refundable $100 missed appointment fee.
True emergencies are an exception to this policy.

I do not want missed appointment fees to be an impediment to your care, so I ask for your mutual respect.

When you make an appointment, the schedule is blocked out for you and I ask you exercise the same consideration when planning your calendar.
